Campbell by El Paso City Hall reopens after lockdown due to briefcase
Update from El Paso Police: Area is safe at this time. Campbell is now open. Mills to Florence still closed
Original: El Paso City Hall buildings one and two in Downtown are under a modified lockdown while a briefcase is being investigated.
People can leave the buildings through emergency exits on the sides but nobody can enter the buildings.
Campbell is closed at Texas going North up one block past Main.
