Sgt. major of Army says non-deployable soldiers is biggest problem
Sergeant Major of the Army Daniel A. Dailey says non-deployable soldiers are affecting the Army’s readiness.
Fort Bliss PIO Lt. Col. Childs says the commanding general at Fort Bliss says his main focus is readiness, adding that the post is doing all it can to decrease the number of non-deployable soldiers.
