El Paso mother convicted in baby’s death to get new trial
A mother convicted in the death of her baby earlier this year will get a new trial.
Lindsey Hradek, 21, and the father of the baby were allegedly high on cocaine the night of the 2-month-old boy’s death.
El Paso Police say Hradek’s son was found dead strapped to a car seat, upside down, and covered with pillows.
Court documents do not state when the new trial will take place.
