Showcase Football Combine held at SAC
El Paso Seniors had the chance to showcase their football talent to dozens of scouts at the Greater El Paso Showcase Football Combine.
Officials from Division I, Division II and NAIA universities from Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Illinois, Colorado, Nebraska, Missouri, Iowa, North Dakota, Montana, Ohio, and Louisiana were in attendance.
Seniors will be measured in the 40 yard dash, bench press, vertical leap measurement, and 30 yard shuttle.
This year, over 47 college coaches are expected to attend representing over 35 colleges. These colleges attend with intent to offer scholarships immediately to the El Paso athletes. Scholarships may be athletic, academic, or financial need.
