Former El Paso mayor to turn 100 years old
Former El Paso Mayor, Ralph E. Seitsinger will turn 100 years old on Wednesday.
Friends and family gathered Saturday to celebrate an early birthday.
Seitsinger is described by family as a loving man. He has made a name for himself in El Paso after owning a furniture shop, serving in the military and as the 36th mayor of El Paso from 1961 to 1963.
