ABC-7’s Estela Casas to emcee “Two Nations, One Faith” Celebration

ABC-7 is excited to announce our very own Estela Casas has accepted the El Paso Catholic Diocese’s invitation to be the co-Emcee of “Two Nations One Faith!”

Estela is looking forward to creating a prayerful and energetic event for El Paso’s faithful the day of Pope Francis’ historic visit to the Borderland.

“It’s such an honor to be part of this historic event,” Estela said. “Pope Francis’ visit is a great opportunity for us to come together as one community and celebrate who we are as we share that very special, meaningful moment.”

Estela covered Pope John Paul II’s visit to Chihuahua in 1990.

“It was an unforgettable experience and I know El Pasoans will keep the ‘Two Nations, One Faith’ event at the Sun Bowl in a special place in their hearts. It’s a privilege to be part of this spiritual and unprecedented journey,” Estela said.

Tickets for the celebration at the Sun Bowl Stadium Wednesday, February 17th are $15 and $10 for parish members.
