CBP Agent Joe Barraza to be laid to rest Friday

Border Patrol Agent Jose Barraza will be laid to rest Friday.

Barraza was killed in a car crash involving a semi-truck on Monday near Fort Hancock, Texas.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. at Abundant Living Faith Center located at 1000 Valley Crest. The funeral procession will follow. He will be laid to rest at Mount Carmel Cemetery at 401 S. Zaragoza.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
