EPISD summer commencement ceremonies Wednesday
Senior students from the El Paso Independent school District that could not graduate in June will receive their diplomas Wednesday.
About 300 students who completed the requirements necessary to graduate, will participate in one of two ceremonies.
The ceremonies are at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 3, at Bowie High School’s Fine Arts Center, 801 S. San Marcial. Graduates from Andress, Austin, Bowie, Burges and Chapin high schools, as well as the College, Career and Technology Academy will graduate at 10 a.m. Students from Coronado, El Paso, Franklin, Irvin and Jefferson/Silva high schools will graduate at 2 p.m.
