The Limited to close all stores nationwide; currently has two stores in El Paso

The Limited is closing all of its stores nationwide, according to a message on its website.

The retailer currently has stores in Sunland Park and Cielo Vista Malls.

A statement posted on its “search for stores” page reads: “This isn’t goodbye. We’re sad to say that all The Limited stores nationwide have officially closed their doors. But this isn’t goodbye. The styles you love are still available online. We’re just a quick click away 24 hours a day.”

Fortune.com reports The Limited is expected to cut 4,000 jobs. “The latest casualty of shopping’s move online,” the site reports.
