The weather is a huge piece when planning for the inauguration. Ronald Regan expierenced the coldest inauguration during his 2nd ceremony. 7º in 1985. He also endured the warmest inauguration at 55º in 1981. Broken down by party, the Republicans see the warmer conditions. Nothing like that expected today, temperatures at 49º with a good chance for rain right at the time the president is sworn in.
