‘Bon Qui Qui’ tour stop in El Paso canceled
The Bon Qui Qui tour will not make a stop in El Paso.
Anjelah Johnson’s performance May 24 at the Abraham Chavez Theater has been canceled.
Live Nation announced the cancellation this morning, but did specify why the show was canceled. Tickets
purchased by credit card online or by phone with Ticketmaster.com will automatically be canceled and refunded.
In a post to all “loyal fans,” to the “Bon Qui Qui” Facebook page said tour dates have been cancelled due to production issues.”
The post, signed Anjelah & Bon Qui Qui, goes on to say, “I look forward to rescheduling these dates soon. Thank you for all of your support and understanding.”
Johnson is a former NFL cheerleader and a cast member on the series “MADtv.” One of her characters is a rude fast food employee turned music star named Bon Qui Qui.
