Police identify the man killed in a South-Central El Paso shooting
El Paso police said around 1:40 a.m. Saturday they received a call about a man down on the street. When officers arrived they found 21-year-old Erick Chavero-Lopez with a gun shot wound to the face, Lopez died at the scene.
Police said 20-year-old Gustavo Zavaleta was arrested and charged with murder.
His mug shot is not being released at this time.
