Fake news release: No deadly disease at water park
A fake new release sent out by an unknown source warned El Pasoans of a deadly disease at a local water park.
The release claimed the El Paso Health Department warned the public of a deadly disease allegedly linked to Wet-N-Wild Waterworld; however, it’s not true.
ABC-7 has confirmed the press release is fake news.
