Man stabbed in South-Central El Paso overnight

A man was stabbed and another struck with a beer bottle in South-Central El Paso early Sunday morning.

El Paso Police say a 20-year-old man and a 26-year-old man were walking on the 100 block of Toledo Place when they were confronted by several men. Police say the men tried to flee but a fight ensued and one man was stabbed and the other was struck with a beer bottle.

Both men were taken to University Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made.
