Eastside family searches for dog who has special place in daughter’s heart

A family in east El Paso is searching for an important part of their family.

The dog’s name is Princess, and she’s been part of the Briley family for over 15 years.

Paula briley said she was watering some plants in her backyard when Princess ran away.

Paula says her daughter Sabrina is distraught over Princess, a brown Chihuahua, going missing.

Sabrina was born with special needs, and Paula says Princess is Sabrina’s best friend.

“She can’t be without her dog. Her dog eats sleeps with her, eats with her, does everything with her,” Paula said. “It’s so hard for me to see her right now the way she is. She doesn’t want to eat. She doesn’t sleep.”

Paula said the last time she saw the dog was near George Dieter Drive and Pellicano Drive.

If you have any information on the dog, you can call Paula Briley at (915)-217-5509.
