Property tax deadline fast approaching
The deadline to pay 2017 property taxes is less than two weeks away. Taxes are due Wednesday, January 31st. The City of El Paso encourages residents to pay bay before the deadline to avoid interest and delinquent penalties.
There are several ways to pay including online (click here), by phone (212-0106), by mail, or in person. Credit cards are subject to a 1.98% service fee, but you can pay by e-check to avoid that fee.

You can pay in person at the City Tax Office located on 221 N. Kansas, Ste. 300 (Wells Fargo Building, 3 rd floor). They’re open Monday through Friday 7 AM to 6 PM. Other in person payment locations include county tax office locations, any El Paso Wells Fargo (excluding drive through), and Mobile Bank at Central Appraisal Office at 5801 Trowbridge.
