Man arrested for allegedly shooting at individual at Northeast residence
SWAT officers arrested a man accused of shooting at another individual during an incident Sunday at a Northeast residence.
El Paso Gang Unit conducted a narcotics related investigation where gunshots were allegedly fired at a victim. The victim was not struck and the suspect, 26-year-old Juan Carlos Galindo, fled the scene.
Galindo was arrested Monday during the execution of a warrant at his home. Investigators found firearms and illegal drugs during the search.
Galindo was booked under two counts of Aggravated Assault, Manufacture or Delivery of Controlled Substance and Possession of marijuana under 5 pounds, with bonds totaling $260,000.
