El Pasoans celebrate Cesar Chvez
El Pasoans gathered to celebrate the life of Cesar Chávez Sunday.
A festival was held around the Lincoln Center which included car shows, folklorico dances and food.
Cesar Chávez Day is Saturday, March 31st.
