EL PASO INC.: Arrest warrants issued for local bar owners after residents’ noise complaints
An judge issued arrest warrants for the owners of the popular ‘Later, Later’ in Downtown El Paso, according to El Paso Inc.
Johnny Escalante and Enrique Cervantes are accused of not appearing in court for a hearing on four noise complaints against them.
The person who filed some of the complaints said the neighborhood has had problems with the bar over loud music and crowd noise since it opened in 2016.
El Paso Inc. said they contacted the bar owners.
“We’re abiding by all the rules and we have never had any issues with the city,” Escalante said.
