StormTRACK Weather: Near record highs, rain chances return

The heat returns to the Borderland again Thursday. Temperatures will run about 10 degrees warmer than average. Highs expected to hit 99 and tie a record that was set in 2003. The winds will be up just a little by the afternoon with gusts around 25 mph. A slight cool down for Friday and weekend as temps fall to 93 and then 91 for Saturday. The next shot at seeing any rain will be Monday and Tuesday at 10% but our far eastern counties will have a little better shot.
