Man already in jail for alleged sexual assault rebooked on child porn charges
A man already in jail on sexual assault charges was rebooked into the El Paso County Detention Facility charged on child porn charges.
Police said Ricky Edmondson, 29, is now facing three counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
He was re-booked Wednesday morning on bonds totaling $225,000.
After Edmondson’s initial arrest, detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit served search warrants on electronic devices allegedly linked to Edmondson.
The detectives found images in those electronic devices that led them to filing the additional charges.
