Police: Three arrested for possession of four pounds of Heroin
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested three people on possession of four pounds of heroin Wednesday in eastern El Paso county.
Sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle on the 13800 block of Montana Ave. and proceeded to search the vehicle.
Police say they found and seized four pounds of heroin. Noe Rodriguez age 17, Saul Caballero age 18, and Israel Lugo age 18, were all arrested and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility.
Each were charged with manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance more than 400 grams.They are each held on a $250,000 bond.
