What Coach Dimel likes the most about the UTSA game

Even though the Miners loss to UTSA Coach Dana Dimel found some bright spots in the game.

Especially in the second half.

Had they not had the turn over right before half that led to extra points for UTSA in his opinion the game could have gone a different direction.

Coach Dimel said this, “The thing I liked the most about the ball game is we came back from 24-7 at half time. Obviously had some things that could of really broken a teams spirit and broken a teams back and did not. And we responded by playing really good football in the second half and pretty much coming out and dominating the second half with what we did.”

UTEP will play North Texas, Saturday at the Sun Bowl.
