Vehicle hits pedestrian in northeast El Paso

One person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries Sunday after being by a car, according to El Paso Fire Department dispatch.

The incident was reported around 1:30 a.m. on the 4600 block of Dyer Street, near Pierce Avenue.
