UFC Champion Henry Cejudo comes to town

Olympic gold medalist and UFC champion Henry Cejudo paid a visit to the Borderland Sunday.
He was at El Paso’s wrestling powerhouse Hanks High School to check in on the students.
Cejudo put on a clinic for local wrestlers and offered tips and advice to students.
Here’s some of what he had to say. “Just working offense and defense, but more importantly then that I just want to go out there and encourage these kids to stay in school and things like that. Go to college.”

We spoke with some of the wrestlers who were very excited to learn from the champion. Here’s what one girl had to say. “He does it step by step when hes in the circle which is really helpful. He explains why he does it. That really helps us know why we need to. The little details.”
