A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held Thursday, November 8 at 2 p.m. at the trail head at Manny Martinez and Delta Drive.
The public opening is Saturday, November 10 at 9 a.m. at Riverside Park, at the corner of Alameda and Vocational Drive.
