After DPS officials released Saenz name multiple people began commenting on his Facebook page with the words “Rest in peace” and rest in paradise. Along with the comments remembering Saenz.

However, others on the ABC-7 Facebook page had other words. One Facebook user said “At least the other driver didn’t pay with her life because of his stupidity.” Another user said “Poor girl is probably going to be traumatized for the rest of her life for the careless actions of another driver if he had just stopped he would probably still be alive”

Saenz was set to perform with singer Frankie J in Albuquerque on Saturday December 1st.
