Local student among finalists in ‘Take Care of Texas’ video contest

A Pebble Hills High School student is a finalist in a statewide contest for a scholarship.

Dominique Barraza submitted a video to the Take Care of Texas contest, which promotes enviromentally friendly practices.

Her entry is among the 12 finalists. You can watch the video and vote for your favorite by clicking here.

The deadline to vote is Jan. 24 at 4 p.m.
