Homeland Security agents arrest El Paso man on child porn charges
Special agents with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) arrested an El Paso man for allegedly possessing and receiving child pornography.
Peter Sebastian Felix, 25, remains in federal custody following his initial appearance in court. A federal magistrate ordered Felix detained without bond.
The federal agents arrested Felix on April 18, 2019 after executing a federal search warrant at his east El Paso home. Agents seized a laptop computer, USB drive and an external hard drive.
Federal officials said a preliminary forensic preview revealed more than 50 files containing suspected child sexual exploitation material.
