Brooks Koepka seeks his 2nd PGA Championship and history

Brooks Koepka came into the final round on fire after dominating the field for the past three rounds.

He took last year’s PGA Championship in similar fashion.

No one had ever won four majors in two years and Koepka was sitting on his third working on history.

After four consecutive bogeys on the back nine though, his lead went from seven storkes to just one.

Thats when Dustin Johnson came charging back to come within a stroke.

With the crowd chanting, “Dee-Jay” on his approach, Johnson missed a put on 16. He would then follow that with a double bogey on 17 letting Koepka off the hook.

Brooks Koepka would par 18 and win back to back PGA Championships.

Speaking at the podium the 2019 victor remarked about the crowd cheering for Dustin Johnson saying, “Ok, all right. I’ve got everbody against me. Let’s go.”

Go he did.

OK, all right. I’ve got everybody against me. Let’s go.
