Locomotive go head to head with the Portland Timber 2

The El Paso Locomotive were in Portland taking on the Timbers 2.

All the action took place in the first half .

40th minute the Locomotive is called for a penalty in their own goal box.

That would give Diaron Asprilla a chance to put the Timbers 2 on the board first.

Goalkeeper Logan Ketterer would dive to the right post making the block but Asprilla would redirect the deflection back into the goal for the one to nil lead.

Five minutes later, Omar Salgado would take a pass around twenty feet from the Timbers 2 keeper and rip the ball with his right foot scoring his first goal of the season.

There would be little action in the second half ending this game in a one to one tie.

The El Paso Locomotive take on the Tacoma Defiance next week in Oregon.
