Second arrest made in Socorro woman’s murder
EL PASO, Texas - Detectives with the El Paso County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit have made a second arrest in a homicide that happened on Feb. 12.
Deputies say 19-year-old Daisy Rodriguez participated in the murder of Azul Ruiz at her home on the 200 block of Isabel in Socorro, Texas.
Carlos Alberto Sifuentes, 19, was arrested by investigators and charged with murder on Feb. 13.
Rodriguez was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility under a $1,250,000 bond.
