PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Colton Herta says he’s not listening to any of the speculation about a potential move to Formula One next season. In fact, the American driver has told his father to not even discuss any 2023 possibilities with him until the IndyCar season has ended. IndyCar has two races left on its schedule. Herta has one year remaining on his IndyCar contract with Andretti Autosport, but Michael Andretti wants to build an F1 team around the Californian. Now Herta is being repeatedly mentioned as a possibility for an F1 seat next year with AlphaTauri. He said if AlphaTauri has contacted his father, he’s unaware.
