El Paso Fire Water Rescue team says no rescue or recovery needed in area near Doniphan Park

UPDATE: The El Paso Fire Water Rescue team responded to a potential water rescue at the 1700 block of West Paisano at 8:12 a.m. Saturday morning.

The Fire Water Rescue team determined no water rescues or recoveries were required and crews returned to their stations after the scene was turned over to El Paso Police.

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- El Paso Police officers responded a report of a water rescue at the 1700 block of West Paisano Drive Saturday morning. That's near Doniphan Park.

Police said the call came in shortly after 8 a.m., but did not provide additional information.
