Snow flurries across the Borderland on Thursday – Viewer pictures

EL PASO, Texas and LAS CRUCES, New Mexico (KVIA) -- Winter weather continued to blanket the Borderland on Thursday, with more snow flurries hitting more parts of the region. Many pets were enjoying playing in the snow for a second day as the snow came down and even built up in some areas:

Children in the Borderland also got a rare (for the desert) chance to enjoy traditional winter activities like snowball fights and sledding:

Some people even found enough snow to make some snowmen:

And some just took the time to enjoy the scenery and wintry weather:
