2nd anniversary of Castner Range becoming national monument
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Yesterday marked Castner Range's 2nd anniversary of becoming a national monument since March 21, 2023.
Casnter Range national monument protects over 6,670 acres of El Paso's sixteen-mile-long Franklin Mountains Range as well as the annual bloom of Mexican Gold Poppies.
