Breaking Bad Habits anti-littering campaign breaks records

SANTA FE, New Mexico (KVIA) -- New Mexico's Breaking Bad-themed litter prevention ad campaign helped remove millions of pounds of trash, according to the Governor's Office.

The Breaking Bad Habits campaign, launched by the Office of the Governor, got the anti-message out to residents, and coordinated 250 cleanup events last year.

More than 19,000 volunteers removed more than 10.5 million pounds of litter in New Mexico, officials say.
