58-year-old woman shot dead in home near Coronado Country Club in west El Paso; police look for killer

EL PASO, Texas -- Police were at the scene of a deadly shooting Wednesday evening on El Paso's westside.

A 58-year-old woman found shot to death in a home in the 1000 block of Metate around 6:30 p.m.

The shooting scene is located in an upscale neighborhood near Coronado Country Club on the mountain.

A police spokesman told reporters there was no one in custody and no suspect had been identified.
