Record rainfall, triple-digit winds, hundreds of mudslides. Here’s California’s storm by the numbers

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Nearly 500 mudslides. Half of downtown Los Angeles’ yearly rainfall in just three days. A wind gust of 102 mph (164 kph). Those are some of the big numbers from the slow-moving atmospheric river that has been battering California for days. The storm continued to unleash rainfall across Southern California on Tuesday.
