Former Juarez mayor Héctor ‘Teto’ Murguía dead at 70

JUAREZ, Chihuahua (KVIA) -- Former Juarez mayor Héctor "Teto" Murguía Lardizabal is dead.

ABC-7's news partners in Juarez, Canal 44, reported that the former mayor died of a heart attack. He was 70.
