El Paso welcomes first Lush Cosmetics store

EL PASO, Texas - The city of El Paso is welcoming a store full of bath bombs, face masks and body scrubs.

"We had a line that started forming at 9 a.m.," said Jennifer Dodd, the store's manager. "Everyone in El Paso is so excited for us to be here."

At 11 a.m. on Sunday, Lush Cosmetics opened the company's first store in El Paso at the Cielo Vista Mall.

"Coming to Lush is like coming to a party," Dodd said. "We are all vegetarian made products. Eighty percent are vegan. We do not test any of our products on animals."

The 1,440 square foot location also has a "large bathing area" with the store's signature bath bombs.

"We're passionate about the environment," Dodd said.
