Sun Metro unveils new Brio systems for Northeast & Lower Valley

Sun Metro unveiled two new Brio systems to riders Monday.

The two new routes are on Alameda in the lower valley and on Dyer in northeast El Paso.

Sun Metro officials say they should improve the overall transit network by providing faster and more effective transportation options to downtown El Paso.

These are the second and third Brio corridors activated. The west El Paso corridor along North Mesa has been in operation for five years. An east corridor along Montana is under construction.

Sun Metro director Jay Banasiak talked about the new Brio systems Monday on ABC-7 at Four with Stephanie Valle.
