2023 Navidad De La Fe Luminarias on Scenic Drive

El Paso, TX (KVIA)- The Christmas spirits of hope and giving will come alive from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. this Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023, when 4,000 luminarias (sand-filled paper bags with a candle) will be lit aglow at nightfall along El Paso’s Scenic Drive during the 2023 Navidad De La Fe Luminarias.
