El Paso, TX (KVIA-TV)—On March 24, at 6 pm in San Jacinto Plaza in downtown El Paso, the Hope Border Institute, Bishop Mark J. Seitz of the Diocese of El Paso, and local community leaders and organizations will hold a March and Vigil in Solidarity with Migrants.

6 pm Rally at San Jacinto Plaza downtown

630pm March to Sacred Heart Church

7 pm Vigil at Sacred Heart
