NMSU Police charge El Paso man with stalking

LAS CRUCES, New Mexico (KVIA) -- New Mexico State University Police arrested and charged El Paso resident Santiago Garcia, 18, of stalking and harassment.

According to court documents, a person reported Garcia in early November 2025. The person claimed that Garcia had been stalking him or her since May 2025.

Court documents state that the victim accused Garcia of showing up to his or her house unannounced, among other alleged behavior.
