One person killed after being hit by a train in downtown El Paso

EL PASO, Texas -- Police say one person is dead after being struck by a train.

Fire dispatch say it happened on North El Paso St and Franklin Ave at 1:26 P.M.

Special Traffic Investigators are on scene at this time.
