Woman killed in crash in Hudspeth County

Hudspeth County (KVIA) - Texas Department of Public Safety officers responded to a single vehicle crash along US 62/180 near Hueco Tanks just before noon Thursday, Jan. 2.

DPS says 50-year-old Maria Patricia Plunkett of Desert Haven, Texas was eastbound on US 62/180 in a late model Dodge Ram Truck and ended up in a ravine.

The official investigation continues into what caused the driver to leave the road.
