Tickets for Eastwood vs. Plano game on sale now
The Ysleta Independent School District has announced that tickets for the upcoming Eastwood High vs. Plano Senior High football game are on sale at two YISD locations.
All tickets will be general admission, $4 for students and $6 for adults.
They can be purchased at Eastwood high school, 2430 McRae Blvd . from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on school-days for cash only.
The other location will be the Cashier’s Office at YISD Central office, 9600 Sims Drive, cash or debit/credit cards are accepted at this location.
Tickets will also be sold on the day of the game at the gate for $8 per person and cash only.
The game will take place at 7 p.m. Central (6 p.m. Mountain) Thursday, Sept. 5, at the Ford Center at the Star indoor stadium in Frisco, Texas.
KVIA-TV has partnered with Dallas’ ABC affiliate, WFAA-TV , to broadcast the football match between the Eastwood High School Troopers and the Plano Senior High School Wildcats.
The schools were set to play on Friday, September 6 in Plano but the superintendent for the Plano Independent School District, Sara Bonser , canceled the game citing safety concerns.
The gunman accused of killing 22 people at an El Paso Walmart and injuring two dozen others on August 3 attended Plano Senior High School. Patrick Crusius faces capital murder charges and the possibility of a death sentence.
