Ricardo Pepi could be on the move!
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- El Paso native Ricardo Pepi might be on the precipice of switching clubs and signing a new deal.
The San Eli star has been starring for FC Groningen in the Eredivisie - scoring 12 times with another 15 goal involvements and that's seen him garnering a lot of attention from other clubs.
Fabrizio Romano is reporting that the Eredivisie 2022-23 champions Feyenoord are in talks with Augsburg.
Pepi right now is signed with the German team in the Bundesliga but was sent on loan to Groningen after making 15 appearance and not scoring with the German side.
Romano is reporting that Pepi said “I’d be happy to stay in Eredivisie, great league!”
Feyenoord are in a race to sign Pepi as PSV another team in the Dutch league also have their sights set on the 20-year-old striker from El Paso.
