EL PASO, Texas --  An 18-wheeler tractor-trailer rig jackknifed late Tuesday night along a rain-slicked Interstate 10 near downtown.

The semi-truck crash happened just before 10 p.m. during a period of heavy rain moving through the area.

While no injuries were reported, the incident caused police to shut down all westbound lanes of the interstate at Mesa because the truck completely blocked the highway.
